How we handle personal information and client data.

Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, site location and project details you provide. We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited, to understand how the website is used.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the services you engage us for, and maintain the records required by the standards we work to. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Client confidentiality
Test results, audit findings, inventories and reports are the property of the commissioning client. We disclose them to third parties only with written client authorisation, or where disclosure is required by law or by an accreditation body reviewing our technical competence.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to two years. Technical records, raw measurement data and issued reports are retained for a minimum of five years to support traceability and any subsequent verification.
Security
Access to client data is restricted to assigned project personnel. Electronic records are stored on access-controlled systems, and physical records are held in secured premises at our Dhaka office.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@greenintbd.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to any record-keeping obligations that prevent deletion.
